The Journey
My journey into leadership coaching wasn't a sudden departure from the corporate world, but a deep, natural evolution of it. During my fifteen years at Citibank, rising to Senior Vice President, I discovered that the most critical element of high-level leadership isn't just operational excellence—it is the mental clarity and emotional steadiness required to lead through immense complexity. I witnessed brilliant leaders reaching inflection points and founders carrying the weight of their vision, often without a space to pause and reflect.
Transitioning to coaching allowed me to bring this focus into the light. Now, as an ICF PCC credentialed coach with over 1,000 hours of direct practice, I bridge the gap between executive experience and reflective guidance. I work with senior leaders, founders, and women navigating career transitions to distill overwhelm into actionable momentum. This space is a reflection of that mission: a calm, intelligent environment for leaders who are ready to find their steadiness and move forward with purpose.

The Art of Reflective Leadership
True leadership thrives in the quiet spaces between decision and action, reaching far beyond the limits of standard corporate frameworks. My coaching philosophy is anchored in the principles of clarity, steadiness, and momentum—essential for those navigating rapid growth, transitions, or the heavy weight of leadership responsibility. Together, we cultivate a reflective practice that transforms pressure into intentional purpose, distilling complexity into a clear and resolute path forward.
How I Work
Leadership conversations are rarely about quick answers.
They are about creating a space where thoughtful reflection can lead to clearer decisions and steadier action.
My coaching approach combines deep listening, practical frameworks, and reflective inquiry.
A space to think clearly
Many leaders do not have a place where they can step back from the pace of work and examine what is really happening. Coaching creates that space.
Practical reflection
Our conversations explore real leadership situations — decisions, team dynamics, transitions, and pressures — while drawing on practical frameworks and lived experience.
MOVING
forward
The goal is not simply insight, but momentum. Leaders leave coaching conversations with clearer thinking and practical next steps.
Coaching works best when it becomes a steady practice of reflection rather than a one-time intervention.
