Subha Chandrasekaran is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and has over 1000 hours of coaching practice.

Before becoming a coach she spent 15+ years at Citibank, rising to Senior Vice President, working in high-accountability leadership environments. This background allows her to understand leadership not just conceptually, but as a lived professional responsibility.
